How does At&t uverse compare to time warner cable?

I currently use Time Warner for High Speed internet and Digital Cable with DVR and a few HD channels that are available. I want to know how AT%26amp;T uverse compares. I currently live in a new housing development that has Fiber Optic lines to the premises. Price is not as much of a factor as quality of service.|||If you can get Cox Cable, DEFINITELY go for that. It's much, much faster and has excellent customer service.

Time Warner SUCKS for customer service, it takes 3 weeks to even get an appointment time if you need it, and no matter what you call in with they will get the solution wrong. Even if it's billing, your name, whatever, they will get it wrong. And trying to right something they've done wrong is horribly, horribly brain damaging. They are just awful as far as customer service. So beware of that, at least that has been the experiences of a friend of mine who has Time Warner.

AT%26amp;T is about the same as far as the technical side of it, same speed as Time Warner provides, etc. but their customer service, again, sucks.

So if you HAVE to choose between those two I'd say stick with the one you have, both of them suck, and you'll only multiply your problems if you try to switch.

Seriously, see if you can get Cox Cable, it ROCKS and the customer service is awesome. They never ever have a problem fixing anything if it needs it, which it seldom does.|||time warner cable is better...alot better
