That's the support page for Uverse wireless setup. Click personalize your support to reset the page info to your operating system. At the bottom it mentions disabling protected setup in the router if you're having a problem with a device. It provides the steps to do that. That would be one option if you're having a wireless setup issue. If you log onto your account at the AT%26amp;T site I'm guessing that you can get to 24/7 live support. You might as well check for that for a more direct logic tree resolution or in case they need to reset anything on their end of the connection.|||the wireless light on the RG will not come on until you are connected...go to control panel...navigate to your network and sharing center....connect to a network....i'm guessing your using the motorolla NVG510...your wireless info will be on a sticker on the side of your RG
