When will AT&T uverse cable be available in the Heights area of Houston?

I am interested in possibly switching to uverse since Comcast keeps going out at the drop of a hat. The customer service with Comcast is horrible as well and the equipment keeps breaking. Does anyone know if uverse will be available to the houses and townhomes in the Heights? I know it is already available in the apartments. I also am aware that satellite is an option. I am curious about uverse.|||U-verse is available in your area if you check it periodically at uverse.att.com or something like that...the reason why it isn't available everywhere is that it uses fiber-optics and is expensive to set up...as well as people need to be within a certain distance of the neighborhood box...it should be in the near future if not already, as fiber optics IS the future
