What can I do fix my att uverse dvr from recording only part of a program?

My att uverse dvr only records part of a program on one channel. All my other recordings are recording correctly.|||Contact AT%26amp;T U-verse call 1-800-288-2020 and say 'U-verse Technical Support' to report a problem. Or Call 1-800-288-2020 for assistance, including 24 x 7 technical support.|||I usually make sure that I use the start 5 minutes before and end 5 minutes after option. Also, you have to make sure that you are not recording to many things at one time.
