How many times a day does a AT&T UVerse call center rep say the phrase "I do apologize for that..."?

If may question doesn't ring familiar, you probably haven't ever called them. Are there any ATT call center reps out there that can take a guess at my question???|||Their service sucks. They just buy out other companies so they don't have to worry about doing a good job.
