How fast is uverse pro internet?

It is currently the only one available at my location. Iknow the downstream speed is 3 mbps according to the att website but how fast is the upstream speed? The sales rep zaid it was a 1.5 mbps upload speed but i cant find any info comfirming this.|||AT%26amp;T High Speed Internet Pro Package with speed of 1.5 - 3.0 Mbps downstream x 384 - 512 Kbps upstream and a single dynamic IP address.
