Can you watch videos saved on your laptop using your Uverse television box?

We just got AT%26amp;T Uverse and I was just curious if there was anyway to connect a laptop to it using wireless or wired connections. Thank you in advance.|||Whats Uverse? Try Vudu or a regular cable box.
