My Uverse remote will turn the box off and on and change channels. However, it wont tunr the tv on or off nor controll the volume. How to I fix this?|||Make sure you hit the TV button on the remote first then try the functions.
If it will still nit work, then get out the code book that Uverse left you with the remote and follow the instructions to program your TV code into the remote. Your make of TV should be listed in the book, or on the Uverse web site. That code needs to but in the remote.
