I am currently a Time Warner cable customer but am considering switching to AT&T Uverse. Should I?

Is the quality of AT%26amp;T better than Time Warner in terms of picture, user friendliness, guide options, OnDemand?|||It very likely is. We have Time Warner and it sucks! Poor picture quality. Interruptions of service. It will freeze up across all channels for an hour at a time! When you call to see what the problem might be, it's always somebody else's fault! I'm waiting for the weather to break so I can get a trench dug and switch to another cable TV provider!
