What is better overall, Time Warner Cable or AT&T Uverse both with internet?

I am moving into a new condo in Milwaukee, WI. Both my TVs are new with 1080 hd. If someone could provide a pro's and con's list for both I would appreciate it. I am a big tv watcher and want the best deal. Thanks in advance!|||How is that even possible
